The real time effect in communication, rich multimedia communication on any device, anywhere in the world is changing the way companies communicate with their customers and consumers, and of course with their employees. Internal communication is not just about top-down but also about how employees connect to each other. Employee’s want information in real-time and it has to be authentic.
