Lucie works as a PR team manager and spokesperson in O2 Czech Republic,the largest integrated telecommunications provider in the Czech market.She is responsible for the corporate communication, product communication, crisis communication and press events. She is working in O2 since 2011, so she was there when the company went thru the biggest changes in its history –changing the owner and the separation of the company – O2 was the first globally to spin off fixed and mobile infrastructure into a new company.
Lucie supports also the O2 Foundation and helps young people with the PR of theirs community projects.
Lucie studied Media Communication in Prague and has also a background as a journalist and internal communication specialist.

How did we communicate this big step, which need to be explained not just to the shareholders, but also to the public, media, customers and employees? And how did we say that we are #newO2, no longer just a telecommunications provider, but digital economy enabler. How to translate this into improved customer and employee satisfaction, and, as a result, greater value for shareholders?
