How can I apply for the PRO PR Conference?
You can register at the official website pro-pr.com, or fill the application form which is to be sent via e-mail email@example.com. Afterwards, the Organizer will send you a proforma invoice which has to be paid within the payment due date.
What is the amount of the full admission fee?
The amount of the full admission fee depends on the date of application.
If you apply until February 15th, the admission fee is 495,00 €.
If you apply between February 15th, 2018 and March 25th, 2018, fee is 525,00 €.
After March 25th, 2018 fee is 575,00 €.
What is included in the full admission fee?
Full admission fee includes hotel accommodation (full board), all lectures, panel discussions, tourist sightseeing and PRO PR Awards gala dinner.
If I do not need hotel accommodation, can I apply for the participation?
Yes. In that case, you should apply for a one-day admission fee.
What is the amount of one-day admission fee?
The amount of one-day admission fee is 140,00 € and includes all lectures, panel discussion and lunch. Extra price for PRO PR Awards gala dinner is 40 €.
What is included in the one-day admission fee?
One-day admission fee includes all lectures and lunch during the selected day.
If I apply for one-day admission fee, can I attend the gala ceremony PROPR Awards?
Yes. Participation in the PRO PR Awards gala ceremony will be additionally charged.
Do I get a certificate for completing the PROPR Conference?
Yes. Each participant gets a certificate after the Conference.
Do I get speaker’s presentations after the Conference?
The Organizer will share the presentations of those speakers who gave their permission for sharing presentations.
What is the easiest way to reach the hotel where the Conference will be held?
Every year, the Organizer offers support to participants in the organization of transfer from their country to the hotel where Conference will be held. Depending on a number of applied participants, Organizer will ensure the most convenient transfer company which will provide the best service for the best price. Our local offices will provide you more information about transfers.
If I am not able to attend the Conference, can I send a replacement?
Yes. In case of inability to attend the Conference, you are free to send your replacement at least 48 hours prior to the beginning of the Conference.
Is there an option of returning funds in case of cancellation?
In case of cancellation 60 days before the Conference, funds will be returned in the amount paid with a cancellation fee of 20 %. In case of cancellation 30 days before the Conference, the refunded amount will be reduced by 40 %. 30 days before the Conference, any return of funds will not be possible.
