Dr. Borislav Miljanović is the founder and director of the regional communications group Represent System, which consists of specialized agencies in the field of public relations and digital communications Represent Communications in Belgrade, Podgorica, Skopje, Banja Luka, and Sarajevo, a business portal and magazine BizLife, a platform for content analytics on the Internet Digital Element, Represent Academy, a unit dedicated to education and WebMind, a digital platform that initiates and explores topics related to new Internet technologies, Gaming industry, developments in the WEB 3 world (Blockchain, Crypto, NFT, Metaverse), Tech industry. Borislav Miljanović also started the London School of Public Relations (LSPR) in the region, the first specialized school through which generations of experts in this field have passed to this day. Before he became the head of Represent System, Dr. Borislav Miljanović worked as a journalist and editor of numerous media for more than ten years. He is responsible for the establishment of the public relations department of the BK Group and was the first official public relations representative of HRH Crown Prince Alexander the Second. He completed his basic studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade and then obtained a master’s degree, i.e. a doctorate in communication at the Faculty of Political Sciences. He is the winner of the “Srđan Đurić” award for personal contribution to the field of communications, which was awarded to him by his professional colleagues – the Serbian Society for Public Relations. For the development of marketing thought, he received an award from the agency Taboo, a specialized magazine for marketing communications. His contribution to the development of the PR profession was also recognized in the region with the Pro.PR Awards. He is a member of the Board of Directors of AmCham. It is dedicated to the application of new technologies in the communication industry.
