Dragana Roter
Freelance Senior Communications and Marketing Consultant
Dragana Roter is freelance Senior Communications and Marketing Consultant with focus on External and Internal Communication, Media Relations, Crisis PR, lobbying, CRM, as well as Change Management, Leadership Skills and Employee Motivation.
She started her professional career as journalist in Radio Belgrade and Government of Serbia. Since 2007, Dragana served as Head of Corporate Communications with Vip mobile (Member of Austria Telekom Group). She started her corporate career as PR manager at McDonald’s Serbia, followed by director of marketing and PR position at one of the biggest banks in Serbia, Komercijalna Banka. Dragana led many teams and successfully organized dozens of promotional campaigns and events.
With her teams she achieved prestige professional award, e.g.: Serbian PR Association (DSOJ) awards in 2014, 2012, 2010, 2009, 2012 and 2002; Serbian Marketing Association (UEPS) awards in 2009 and 2006; McDonald’s European award for crisis communication in 2003.
Dragana earned her Master’s Degree from Belgrade Faculty of Law and completed several International specializations. She is a guest lecturer in PR at various domestic and international seminars. She is active member of Serbian PR Association and member of Serbian Journalists Association. Dragana is always ready to volunteer for a good cause and to spend her free time with friends, working out, reading and visiting concerts and theater plays.
