Ilarija Bašić

Ilarija Bašić is PR Director at MITA Group, advertising agency.

She has 15 years of experience in media and PR.

Ilarija graduated journalism and has worked for six years as editor and TV host at national TV station. She joined MITA Group as PR Manger before being promoted to current position.

After successful completion of School for strategic communication by Mediacentar Sarajevo, in cooperation with The Center for Strategy and Communication London, Ilarija enrolled joint master studies at University La Sapienza, Roma and University of Sarajevo. She dedicated her master thesis to the Integrated marketing and PR communication strategies.

Throughout her career, she has collaborated with the biggest international and domestic clients, attended numerous educational and informative seminars. Ilarija is a speaker at conferences, motivational speaker, mentor to the young colleagues.

For the past 9 years she is in charge of planning and execution of external and internal communication strategy for the agency’s clients that includes: strategic planning, government relations, brand and corporate PR, corporate responsibility and internal communication.

Ilarija is specialized in crisis communication and reputation management.
