Ovidiu Voicu is a civic activist, researcher, and consultant based in Bucharest, Romania, with experience in the Central and Eastern Europe. Ovidiu worked for more than 15 years with Open Society Foundation Romania, leading the research and advocacy efforts to advance open society values. He coordinated many national social research projects, including the prestigious series Public Opinion Barometer, participated to more numerous policy research projects in Romania and Moldova, and he is the author of many publications resulted from these projects (articles, reports, studies). Ovidiu is using his research expertize in various consultancy projects on political risk analysis and project evaluation. Since 2016, Ovidiu is leading the Center for Public Innovation, a think-and-do tank working on democratic institutions, human rights, and civic education.
