Slađana Radović started her business career 25 years ago, while still a student, in one of today’s most successful Montenegrin companies, Cosmetics-market.com. After twelve years, her career took her from the position of Marketing and Communications Director in the mentioned company to Societe Generale Bank Montenegro, where she continued her professional path within the banking industry. As a Team leader, first for PR, and then for overall communications and advertising, she worked more than ten years on brand image and correct and truthful communication of the Bank’s activities.
She was one of the Communication Ambassadors of the Societe Generale Group.
After her engagement at Societe Generale Bank, she was Director of the Marketing and Communications Department at Podgorička banka OTP Group, and then she was appointed Director of Marketing, PR, and Customer Experience Department at Novi Volvox, still covering this position.
In the important merger project of the largest banks in Montenegro, Societe Generale, and CKB OTP Group, she successfully managed external client communication. As a PR and Marketing Consultant, she collaborated with many companies, and the most significant recent project in which she participated was the realization of the Kotor-Lovćen ropeway, Kotor Cable Car.
She graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Montenegro and participated in many seminars and trainings in the country and abroad. She speaks English, French, and Italian language. Her greatest satisfaction and success is her family. She is married, a mother of three kids.
