Tina Raičević has been in the world of media since childhood, when she collaborated in programs for children and young people on Antena M radio and the public service of Montenegro – RTCG. These early experiences shaped her interest in communication, which led to the natural choice of studying journalism at the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Montenegro. After completing her studies, Tina gained significant experience in the most influential Montenegrin media, working as a journalist and editor. During her work at TV Vijesti, she edited political and informative shows, including the regionally popular licensed show “Pyramid”. After a rich career as a journalist, she joined One Montenegro (formerly Telenor Montenegro), where she progressed from the position of expert to communications manager. In this role, she is responsible for the development of communication strategies, media relations, internal communication, corporate social responsibility, organization of events and PR campaigns. Among the many awards, she is most proud of this year’s award at the CIM Forum festival for the PR campaign of the year “Olympic Network of Montenegro”, through which her team introduced the Olympic spirit into all the company’s activities, from community initiatives to internal activities to commercial projects. She also collaborated with UNICEF Montenegro as a consultant, creating media content that conveyed important messages of the organization. Her dedication and passion for communications make her a recognized personality in the industry, with the ability to connect people and ideas.
