Toni Tomašek is one of the most experienced individuals in the field, in the domestic and international environment, his work has been confirmed with almost all awards for creativity, efficiency and media strategies, especially with client results. In his 27-year communication career, he was the president and several times a member of the SOF jury, twice golden drum, three times New York Festivals – the only one in the prestigious Integrated category, the only Slovenian who was the president of the Croatian Advertising Festival, member of the jury of the Eventum festival in Croatia, president jury of the European Capital of Culture, guest member of Leo Burnett Cannes predictions, president of the Outstanding jury. He was also a member of the STP, a member of the SOZ and helps with the program of SOF and Golden Drum. With knowledge, experience, vision and ambitions, the work is well-argued, constructive, moderate and shares its critical view on the development of the advertising profession, in which there is enough room for improvements and the development of residential establishments and the profession in which we operate. Internationally, one of the most experienced creative directors in the region, already 27 years in advertising, recorded in Slovenian textbooks as the only Slovenian creative director with Cannes Lions for various clients (Gold Media and Bronze Cyber Lion), also the first in the ex-Yu region. After 12 years of leading the then breakthrough agency Mediamix (the first Cannes finalist of the integrated campaign in the region, three times the highest ranked Slovenian agency in Cannes, Golden Drum, Epica, Veliko Zlato ogledalo for the best Slovenian print ad of the year…) in 2007 took over the BBDO regional hub in Belgrade ( Srb, ČG, Mak, BIH and also the whole ex-YU), which later in the summer won the title of Flight Agency, achieved its first successes at the Golden Drum, drew global attention to the Daimler Digital Media Award for the Mercedes C-Class in front of JungVonMatt, TV advertisement of the flight for VIP Mobile, flight poster for S-Class, Mercedes-Benz and was declared the best CRM client. In 2011, he joined McCann Erickson Germany as a co-CD in the Lufthansa global team, returned to SLO to MayerMcCann, in early 2013 he joined Publicis, he was the Chief Creative Director of Publicis for Slovenia and Croatia (Publicis, Saatchi&Saatchi, Leo Burnett ). Since 2017, he has been leading the Slovenian agency group Publicis Groupe Slovenia in the role of Chief Creative Director and as CEO, and is also a member of the leadership of the Adriatic region. He studied, trained and gained experience at MarkBBDO in Prague, JungVonMatt (Vienna and Hamburg), BBDO University in Paris, McCann Bucharest, Proximity Worldwide, Duval Guillaume, Idea Campusih, Idea Management by Ralph Langwost, Saatchi&Saatchi Tribe. Among many awards with GrandPrix and Gold Awards at Ad.Print, Golden Drum, Montreux, Semple, Memefest, Magdalena, NewYorkFestivals, Eurobest, LIAA, Festo, MM Klub… two parts published in the book 400 best revolutionary posters The Design of Dissent of the legendary Milton Glaser, the first SOF Grand Prize for Leo Burnet’s TVC in Slovenian history, the first Diggit Grand Prize for Saatchi&Saatchi… Under his leadership, Publicis Groupe received the title of Most Effective Agency at Effie 2016-2017 with a record number of points for its client Argeta in Hofer, you shared the title of Most Effective Brand, and I am also considered the Creative Director with the most points on one Effie. He is also the recipient of the Effie Croatia award. He was a member of STP SOF, president and jury member of SOF, Outstanding, twice Golden Drum, president of the Croatian advertising festival Festo, Eventum, EPK Maribor, regional member of Leo Burnett Cannes Predictions with a record number of points, three times member of the Grand Jury of New York Festivals.
