Riti Tiimus has started her career in L’Oreal in 2014 within Consumer Product Division’s marketing teams, mostly in charge for NYX Professional Makeup brand of the L’Oreal Group. After five successful years in diverse marketing roles in Estonia, she decided to follow her strong passion towards nature, and join the Sustainability team at L’Oreal Headquarter in Paris. In her current role of Sustainability Manager for Zone Europe, Riti is leading coordination of all the sustainability actions in European region with L’Oréal teams in the countries, driving progress on their L’Oreal for the Future program journey. On daily basis, she is working hand in hand with expert teams leading topics like renewable energy switch on L’Oreal sites, finished goods product transport decarbonization, circular economy initiatives across the product value chain and social programs initiated by L’Oreal corporate and brand teams. Having her educational background in psychology and marketing, she is also focusing a lot on how we can bring sustainable innovations closer to people and engage consumers to act with us and adopt new sustainable beauty routines.
