Sukhjit is the Director of Commercial Operations and Membership at the CIPR (Chartered Institute of Public Relations). The CIPR has circa 11,000 members in over 85 countries including over 250 Corporate Affiliate members. The CIPR is the only organisation that can individually charter its members (Chartered PR accreditation). He has oversight of all aspects of membership, continuing professional development (CPD), professional qualifications, skills-based training and awards and events.

Sukhjit is the main Board member of CILEX (Chartered Institute of Legal Executives) as well as the Audit & Risk Committee, Education Committee and Chairs the Safeguarding & Apprenticeship Committee. Additionally, he is a Board Trustee for the Lord’s Taverners who exist to empower and positively impact the lives of young people facing the challenges of inequality.
Sukhjit is a registered pharmacist (qualified in 1996) after reading pharmacy at the University of Nottingham. He won a Medical Research Council (MRC) bursary to study Epidemiology (Public Health Medicine) at the University of Cambridge.
