Robert Wester

Robert Wester has been Director of Communications and City Branding for the Municipality of The Hague since the summer of 2025. Prior to this role, he worked as Managing Director and consultant of the EU Advisory Group at Berenschot, a leading Dutch strategic consultancy firm that primarily serves the public sector, and as a senior communications strategist. He has also held various positions within the Dutch national government, mainly in the field of strategic communications. Over the course of his career, he has served as Director of Communications for the Ministries of General Affairs, Infrastructure, Finance, and Education.
