Amer Ramusović was born in 1963 in Ivangrad, Montenegro. He graduated from the Faculty of Political Science and Journalism Studies in Sarajevo, and received his master’s degree at the Faculty of Philosophy in Tuzla, Department of PR and Communication.
He is professionally employed at the Health Insurance Fund of Montenegro as a spokesperson and PR manager, where he shapes the world of communications in Montenegro as an expert in this field, but also as a long-time media professional with extensive experience.
Behind Ramusović is three decades of work experience not only as a PR expert, but also previously as a journalist-editor in Sarajevo’s Oslobodje, Večernji novine and Avaz, RTV Sarajevo, Belgrade’s Večernji novosti, Sport and Blic, then Montenegrin print media Vijesti, Publica and Pobjeda. he was deputy editor-in-chief of the magazine Novi dani, editor and journalist at Radio Berane and Radio Montenegro, then editor-in-chief and editor-in-chief of the newspaper Sloboda, correspondent of several media from the area of the former SFRY, and the latter is both the editor-in-chief and editor-in-chief. editor of International Radio Yugoslavia in Belgrade.
He is the founder and director of the magazine for local self-government and nurturing the heritage of Montenegro “[email protected]”, specialized and the only one of its kind in Montenegro and the region in general, and he is also a member of the Council of the newspaper “Gaznik pensioner Montenegro” and the Council of Radio Television Podgorica. He is the author of the book “Media Self-Regulation in Montenegro”.
