A master’s degree in “Hotel Investment Management Models” from the University of Belgrade’s Faculty of Economics.
Since 2005, Ivan has been with Mona Ltd., where he has held several key positions, including marketing manager, hotel director, hotel development and sales director, and ultimately, Group CEO.
He is overseeing the operations of all hotels within the company’s portfolio. His role encompasses strategic planning for revenue and expenses, the development of new products and market expansion, human resources management, and driving the company’s brand and portfolio growth.
His notable achievements include being honored as Manager of the Year in 2011. He is an active member of the Hores Business Association, holds the position of President of the Advisory Board at the Serbian Convention Bureau, and is a Certified Trainer with the Educational Institute of the American Hotel and Lodging Association (AHLEI). Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Serbian Marketing Association (SEMA).
In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Ivan was awarded the title of Leader of the hotel industry in 2019.
