Tamara Bekčić is the General Manager and Co-founder of the Chapter 4 PR agency in Serbia, which is part of the Chapter 4 PR network and the exclusive representative of one of the leading PR networks on a global level – BCW.
Tamara has 20 years of dynamic consulting and communication experience working with a large number of international companies, primarily in the fields of corporate communication, crisis and change management, and integrated communication campaigns.
She possesses significant experience in financial PR projects during acquisitions, as well as in the development and implementation of tailor-made communication training for client management teams.
She leads a team of experienced PR consultants, combining international experience and standards with local expertise. Over the past 14 years, the agency team has won numerous recognitions and awards for its work with clients, both in the country and across Europe.
Tamara has been a member of the jury for various professional awards in Serbia and a lecturer for students at the invitation of student organizations. She performed her duties as a Board Member first and later the President of the Serbian Society for Public Relations, too.
She won the PRO PR award for contribution to the development of the profession in 2019 and was the only contributor from Serbia to Maxim Behar’s book “Global PR Revolution”.
