Violeta Colić
Graduating in mathematics at the Faculty of Science in Zagreb Violeta Colić started her professional career by working in the media and later on continued to grow professionally in the areas of public relations and communications management. Her rich professional background builds from both the corporate and agency sectors as, among other positions, she held the post of the Director of the Public Relations Department in Agrokor and was one of key advisors and a member of the board of Premisa, the largest public relations agency in Croatia for a number of years. As of 2014, together with Kristina Laco, she heads the Communications Office Colić, Laco & partners. As one of the most experienced experts in strategic communications in the Croatian market she took part in a number of complex communications projects, and attained great experience in issue and crisis communications management. Among the number of clients she advised over the course of the years are Allianz Zagreb, AZ pension fond, Coca-Cola HBC and Coca-Cola Adria, Heinken, Croatian Employer’s Association, Ina, Microsoft, Pliva, Hrvatski telekom and Styria. A regular visiting lecturer, she had co-authored research papers focusing on public relations. She is a member of Croatian PR association HUOJ and British CIPR, holds a CIPR Diploma and is a certified CIPR lecturer.
