The Coca-Cola Company – the Operations Director for Communications and Public Affairs for the NW Europe and Nordics Business Unit
Sandro Baričević is the Operations Director for Communications and Public Affairs for the Northwest Europe and Nordics Business Unit of The Coca-Cola Company.
Sandro has enjoyed a rich and successful international career in Communications and Public Affairs spanning 20 years, the last 15 of which have been at the Coca-Cola Company.
In his previous roles he served as a European Business Communications Director and before thet led PAC teams across various geographies in the Europe and Euroasia Groups of The Coca-Cola Company. He started his career in Croatia Airlines, in 1995.
From 2000 till 2004, Sandro served as the President of the Croatian Public Relations Associations for two mandates. In 2001, he co-founded one of the key political and investment annual summits in Brussels focusing on Southeast Europe, together with the Brussels based think-tank ‘Friends of Europe’ and ‘Konrad Adenauer Shtiftung’.
Sandro is a Laureate of the European Excellence Award for the best regional sustainability project in 2009 awarded by the European Association of Communication Directors. Also, in 2008, he recieved an Annual Creativity Award from the Network for Development and Creativity in Croatia.
Sandro holds an MBA from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University and Zagreb Institute of Economics (IgBS) as well as a BA in Philosophy and English Language and Litearture, from the University of Zagreb.
In December 2012, he was invested as a Knight of the Holy Sepulchre by the Holy See. He lives in London with his family.
